O IHG Rewards Club é o programa de fidelidade da rede IHG. Talvez você não conheça a rede pelo nome, mas certamente conhece alguns de seus hotéis, como o Holiday Inn e o InterContinental Hotels & Resorts.

Antigamente o programa se chamava Priority Club Rewards.

Nós solicitamos um status match com o Marriott Rewards. O que significa status match? É a equiparação do seu nível de uma empresa com a outra. De um programa de fidelidade X com o programa de fidelidade Y.

Entramos então no Marriott Rewards e realizamos um printscreen da tela da conta, onde fica comprovado o nivel Platinum. No e-mail de resposta colocamos os dados solicitados.

A new Platinum membership kit has been ordered for you, which you shall receive within the next 2 to 4 weeks. Elite members also enjoy exclusive toll-free reservation and Priority Club Service Center phone numbers. Your membership level will be valid through the end of 2012. Please be informed that in order for you to retain your Platinum status, you have to accumulate at least 50 qualifying nights or earn 60,000 points in a calendar year. Nível Platinum garantido.

Demorou quase um mês para o processo ser finalizado, então se você tem pressa poderá ficar decepcionado. É recomendável solicitar o status match com bastante antecedência.

Tenho o Platinum do LeClub da Accor e Gold do HHonors. Vou enviar o email hoje e ver no que dá.

Eu tentaria primeiro com o Platinum, para você conseguir o nível Platinum. Se não der, o Gold no HHonors é certo.

Se vc não tem status diamond em nenhuma destas redes, mas tem no Le Club Accor, vc pode fazer o seguinte:
- primeiro vc consegue o status diamond na rede Best Western, usando o status diamante do Le Club;
- depois, consegue o status diamond no IHG, usando o status diamond da Best Western.
